Phases of accommodation

In the academic year 2020-2021, the students’ accommodation will take place in the period 27-30 September. Each faculty of the university decides for its own accommodation schedule, according to the year of study involved.
Therefore, in order to be as effective as possible, you have to follow two stages and to have with you all the necessary documents mentioned below.

FIRST STAGE – AT THE FACULTY
Each student has to go to the faculty, according to the schedule published on the site, in order to receive the accommodation individual planning. The students of the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology will go for accommodation to the CH2 lecture hall of “Cristofor Simionescu” Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Environmental Protection.
The number of the hall of residence and the number of the room where the student will be accommodated, as well as the financial situation – subsidised / unsubsidised – will be written on the individual planning.

During this stage, the students will show to the accommodation committee the identity card or the passport as an original.

SECOND STAGE – ON CAMPUS
The students have to go on “Tudor Vladimirescu” campus at the hall of residence where they were distributed by the accommodation committee of the faculty. Here, they will be handed in the keys of the room and will sign the accommodation contract.
